Here at The Coffee Hut, our ethos is simple…to produce great quality food using ingredients sourced as locally as possible supporting Cornish companies and small businesses as best we can.

We’re dedicated to being ‘single-use plastic’ free and it’s important that we’re as eco-friendly as possible so all of our coffee cups, takeaway boxes, and packaging are 100% recyclable or bio-degradable. We proudly sell reusable coffee cups from Huski Home which are made from coffee husk and rice husk waste! So cool! AND you’ll even receive your first coffee FREE when you purchase one of these awesome cups!

We’re super proud to be using the AWESOME local, St. Ives based coffee company Foundation Coffee Roasters. Foundation is a small family business who roast and package their coffee locally in St Ives. Their ethos compliments ours by producing Cornish roasted coffee to the highest standard using fair trade and ethically sourced coffee beans. Even their packaging is biodegradable, compostable, and recyclable! Whoop!

We offer a variety of delicious food with plenty of vegan, veggie, and gluten-free friendly options available. Food is the center of our world here at the hut and we believe healthy and delicious food shouldn’t be compromised. All of our delicious cakes are lovingly made here in Cornwall using tonnes of yummy, natural ingredients like dates, fresh fruit, coconut sugar, nuts, and raw chocolate!
